Picture URL?

What happened to the feature of being able to upload pics from URL's instead of having to save a pic before uploading it?

It was deemed entirely useless after a few changes Jacob made to the site, a case where it was more trouble than it was worth.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but you're just going to have to save the image, in order to use it.
