plz help me figure out the games!

will someone please help me figure out how to get games to work after they've been d/l'd? i did research(forums and Google) and figured out i needed something to work with rar files (IZArc), but that wouldn't enable the games just some game clips. so i looked into trying to use flashoffliner but i cant find the files to "create new flashoffliner package"! im fairly new to complex computing such as this, and ive been sittin at my cpu tryin to figure this out for about 7 hours now! so can someone plz give a somewhat detailed explanation of how to get this to work?
