1. It would be nice if the Fakku staff could give us more information before a new release of a paperback is ready to be shipped. I believe that almost all paperback editions of the Fakku books releases were on schedule, at least in the last 7 or 8 months. But it would be nice if you could give us an information, for example 2 or 3 weeks before the release, that everything is on schedule. Also give us an information when the shipment of a new paperback edition starts. Right now the only indicator is, when somebody posts that his order has been shipped.
2. I would like to have an easy indicator of all the paperback editions which are already released, which are in stock and ready for shipment.
3. Maybe it is possible to implement an upgrade option in the Fakku store for the order of an paperback edition, if you already own the digital version of this book. Right now you give us a refund on the digital edition of a book if we buy the combination of both. At least if I remember that correctly. In the end a refund always costs additional money.
If you implement such an upgrade option, it would be great when only the costs for the upgrade and the costs for the shipment will be detailed in the invoice. That would be especially great for international customers and possible import costs.
I don't know if any of my points were already mentioned. I looked through the topics and some threads, but of course I could have missed something.
1. IIRC Fakku starts shipping the day they get the books in (by ship) so I don't know how'd they would get a guaranteed advance notice of a ship arriving on time. I think it'd just end up causing unnecessary "sorry, it got delayed" posts.
2.I like this idea.
3. It'd be convenient.
