It seems that some of you have misunderstood my idea; or I have misunderstood them.

That being said, there are and this idea is simply not do-able without more ad revenue(or paid subscriptions).
I don't want to skip the ad revenue, I want to go around it. I'm aware that a website like this costs money and I'm aware of the terms (regarding loli) set by the companies that provides the ads.
However if we make a new section of Fakku that has no official affiliation with Fakku and host it on the same machine (two servers) with either two domains or a subdomain, we could pay for the loli section with the ad revenues.
We wouldn't break any rules since the loli section wouldn't contain any ads and we wouldn't have to increase the cost of the website since there wouldn't be any need to upgrade hardware of bandwidth (unless loli would bring in a massive amount of new users).
I wouldn't be surprised if that could be circumvented with iframes since they wouldn't really be hosted on the actual server supported by ad revenues, but rather linked to.

So, we basically create a different site that can host loli, and it will have no affiliation with Fakku nor will it be accessible through Fakku? Why not just create a different site? Why would anybody from Fakku have to be involved?
It is affiliated, but not officially (for the sole reason of going behind the companies that provides ads). If I recall correctly, e-hentai has done the same thing (or something similar).

Loli's out there. It is not hard to find it. 7chan has a board devoted to lolicon. Several groups that scanlate loli doujinshi have blogspot pages. If anybody wants to share their lolicon collection, they can do so on 7chan's board, create their own blogspot page, or even make their own website.
Indeed, loli is out there. But with that reasoning; Fakku is just as unnecessary. I'm sure there are other sites and chans that hosts doujin and hentai manga.
