Problem with Read Online

Been about a week I haven't been able to read anything online.

I hit the read online and then click the page but it just never loads. This is happening on Chrome (what I mainly use) Firefox, and IE. Was wondering if anyone had an idea for a fix or if this is happening to anyone else. Saw some people having trouble like a month ago so was wondering is this just going around slowly or what.
