Reclaiming Favorites

I was just wondering if its possible to be able to re-add a doujin or manga into your Favorites collection once it's been deleted? I ended up removing the recent K-ON vanilla, 'Ui' and tried to add it back, but since I'm a logged in member, it says,' Remove from Favorites' and I still can't locate it amongst them. Any suggestions?
