"Reconstruction!? Interspecies Insemination" Incorrect Tag

Aside from a particular series, I only order paperback books from Fakku.
I even use a bookmark to only show products that use the "Book" tag.
However, the title "Reconstruction!? Interspecies Insemination" uses the "Book" tag, but does not include a paperback when it's added to the cart.
When I reached out to support this was their reply:
