That's not a "public" page in the sense that it's not really meant to be browsed by users. I think they only way you get there is to manually go down the page tree, and it's not prominently advertised anywhere else on the site for that very reason. As en example, you can compare the "public"
/magazines page (and its subpages for each magazine) against the basic page tree
/hentai/magazines page.
Feedback is always welcome though, and I think that if we were to at some point create a proper collections landing page on the site, we'd implement some of the these features on it to make it more presentable and enjoyable to browse.
