Scroll Question

I was going through some of my favorites to see if any had the ahegao tag needed. Normally, I use the arrow keys when I browse pages and use the up and down arrow to scroll down the page. I was just wondering when the up and down arrow became the same as next page and previous page.

edit: also don't bother searching, all the ones I and the other user (can't think of his/her name) have found haven't even been implemented since I'm pretty certain most of the helpers have been gone (or being lazy), like Mr. Shag and Gizgal

Oh well. I rebooted my router and for some reason that fixed it. And just for the sake of answering your question, Chrome on W7-64 Bit.
