[Locked] Sending DMCAs to scanlators?

I wanna start this with a preface: I know that the guys at Fakku have no real ill-will towards Scanlators, and they'd all just rather live-and-let-live--but with their deal with Wani, they might find themselves forced to send DMCAs to people who are scanning Wani-stuff, seeing as that might be part of their contract with them.

That said, is Fakku capable of going after scanlators on their own? There are some that are purposefully scanning Wani stuff after feeling slighted by Fakku.
