Series Catagory Problems?

I was flicking through the donjinshi series category reading over some older reads and I've noticed many series pages are messed up giving a error or are missing a good chunk of the books they had amongst other issues(like two listings for the same series like Asobi ni Ikuyo) but wasn't sure if this was a known issue so figured i would bring it to attention

The site is going licensed only next month.
