Shipping price are way too high for 2023

50$ for 3 books and that's regular shipping ....
I live in montreal...there's other cross continental bookshop that doesn't even have a shipping fee ...I'm not saying its should be free but it shouldn't be as high as the book themselves
edit:just realised it include taxes it just not clear that it is when all they say is shipping fee
That's still like 35$ just for shipping for these 3 book

That's actually cheap. If I mailed you a package from California to Canada it would be $60. And that's if I can fit everything in a medium flat rate box since three books is almost 5 pounds they cant go by first class shipping And I'm unable to ship Media Mail.
$30 is about what I have to pay to ship less than 300 G of doujins from Japan at SAL

I often buy stuff from China with either no shipping or barely any
Let's be honest here America drop the ball hard when it come to other country shipping ....it shouldn't be that pricey to ship in NA from USA when I pay way less from other continent shipping

Not every company has Amazon's like power. Even right stuf only gives free shipping over $50 in the US and $200 to Canada.
Heres from Canadian Post if you sent the same weight to books to me. No insurance

Fakku isnt like the big box stores they don't have the premium rates they get. Even my order I got if they didn't give me a free shipping as a first time member would cost me $20 for a 100 G comic book. And that is surface smell not even EMS.

Yea they aren't Amazon ....but they aren't a small random company either ...
They still offer domestic prices instead of commercial
I wish fakku was better and give me a reason to buy their physical media but the lack of re prints lack of communication and shipping prices at a domestic price it doesn't make them look professional
Its still better to buy fakku books on Amazon or other online library
I once bought 3 daily book for 19$ no tax with a 15$ shipping ....from London
They can do better and I hope they do
