Single Spreads not included in the downloads

When I want to read my doujins or books offline, there are separated single spread pages without the combination of the two separated pages. It is really obnoxious and takes the immersion out of it. I hope you guys fix this particular problem.

I have seen it too in many of the books. In the cases I myself has seen with it, the spreads are however also missing from the online version of the book, not just the downloaded version :/
