[Locked] Subscribed but cannot view subscriber content

Same problem.
I've already received a support ticket telling of the problem but haven't received a response.
Funny thing is, I went to my account to see if I can unsubscribe, but it says my Fakku subscription ended on the 8th May 2016 but when I went to subscribe, it says I already have a subscription O_o
Also payment have already been made. According to the text message I received on my phone, 8th May
Please help

I have been having this problem as well and I just made my monthly payment and it still says that I have to subscribe to view content. This is honestly getting frustrating considering that this happened while I was in the middle of reading a story. I'd like a bit of help if possible!

Hate to say it but I'm having this problem too. I've been a subscriber since the beta was up and it seems it didn't bill me this month saying I have to subscribe today again when I clearly have money on my card... And when I try to subscribe again it says I already have a subscription.
Edit 5/14: I checked my bank account and I have now have been charged for the monthly subscription. I still can't access chapters and it's still saying I'm not a subscriber. I hope we get compensated for this as I was supposed to be charged every eleventh of the month and now I can't even access the content I paid for. :/

Having the same issue, although when I try to subscribe it says that subscription signup is temporarily unavailable.

I am having the same issue. I created a support ticket several days ago (and received no response) without having seen this thread. I have been a subscriber since the beta, but as of 5/11, I have been unable to view subscription content. The settings show that my subscription ended on 5/11, but I checked my bank and Fakku charged me the recurring subscription cost on 5/11. I also get an error message when following the subscription link. Please fix my issue and extend my sub by (at least) 3 days for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Good to know I'm not the only one with the subscription problem. Whenever I try to get to a magazine, it tells me I need to subscribe. I continue on trying to create the subscription payment but it'll give me an error saying saying I already have an active subscription to FAKKU.
