Subscription content not work on firefox

every time i try to access sub content my fire fox browser freezes and becomes non responsive and have to close it done and restart it but when i access non sub content it works fine and used Exploreer to see if it was my PC but it works fine

What version of Windows are you using? Is your Firefox up to date? Are you using any extensions? I need more information, as everything seems to be working fine in Firefox on my end.

everything is up to date i did a refresh of the broswer from the Firefox site and it seems to of fixed the problom

Same error guys the "new" reader is killing my firefox i dont know if its posible but could you let us decide witch reader we can use the normal reader is working fine but every time i try to open a book it makes my firefox just crash

An update has been pushed for the reader that should hopefully fix this issue. Try it out and report back with the results.
If it still keeps crashing, you should also try going to the settings and changing the new option "Downscaling Method" to "Fast" and see if that helps.
(If you can't access the settings due to crashing, you should try to clear your cookies - this should reset your reader settings and hopefully allow you to use it long enough to access the settings.)
