Subscription Error

I am trying to subscribe and I get this error: "There was an issue processing your payment." I know I have sufficient funds and am using a valid CC. Just bringing it to light so you know.

Right now if your card is declined it will give that general error. We are currently working on some more descriptive error messages, probably be working by tomorrow.

There should be better error messages now that actually give specifics on what went wrong, give it another try.

I keep getting
"There was a problem.
You did not fill out the form correctly. Please enter a first and last name."
I clearly typed my name correct and checked the data several times. Since I have a middle name I tried it with and without it but it just doesn't work.
P.s. I'm using Master Card

Im having an error that keeps telling me that my billing address doesnt match the one I entered. It didnt display any where i could have entered in my address in the first place?
I am doing this via phone as my laptops screen is broken.

Since we only ask for your zip code, it means your zip code doesn't match the one registered to your credit card.

Well I have only ever lived at two places and I entered both into the Zip code box and neither of them worked? I also have been locked out of trying again because I have been declined too many times. I came on here to do this because i thought it was going to be a simple thing.

PayPal is not an option for subscriptions or digital products due to their terms of use.

Could be because the bank has anti-porn terms to a card or the processor need a verification to process since anymore can use one. There so many types like vanilla visa/master or target visa/master. Have one i bought said in the back:

Not for gambling, atm, cruse line or recurring payments.

I have done that still saying my payment method was declined

I would also recommend those having issues with pre-paid cards to try calling the merchant the cards are from and ask them if they have any information. They might have to enable something on your card to be able to be used online.
