Subscription issue

I could use some help here. I have paid for a sub to the site, payment is on my CC statement, but site continues to say I need to pay for a sub to gain access to this content. I waited 24 hours, then submitted a ticket, another 12 hours and no response to my ticket, so I thought I might get a quicker resolution to this issue here.
