Tag descriptions

At some point in the not so distant past, the pages for tags, e.g.:
https://www.fakku.net/tags/ahegao

At the top of the page it used to include a description of what the tag meant. It saved me a trip to google, I liked them, think we could bring those back?

Thanks, although there did not seem to be a long story attached to that link, sadly. As a guy who builds websites like these, I'm fuzzy on what could have broken, or at least what could not be easily fixed about it.
