Tag Subscriptions Not Showing Up.

Tag subscriptions are not working right, Punishment by Takemasa Takeshi didn't show up in my notifications even though I have "forced" tagged and neither did the illustration by Key that was just posted even though I have "illustration" tagged.

Should be fixed now, might take a few minutes to get caught up.
