tagging favorites

So here's a quick question/suggestion: is it even possible to tag or categorize our own favorites lists?
This would be useful --especially for some of us who have over a few hundred favorites.

I was about to suggest something like this, it would be very helpful, seeing as I have like 44 pages of favorites, & going through them all to find one is very inefficient.
