Tags system for content

I've been thinking recently that Fakku should have a user-generated tags system for its content: while recommendations are a nice way for us to help each other out, they're not always as efficiant as they could be.
Imagine a system where users would (presumably after reading/viewing a manga) volunteer suggestions for common search terms (tags) so that even if such words aren't included in the manga's title or description, people know what's in each one ahead of time.
Obviously, this would have to come from a long list of decided-upon words so we don't have a bunch of tags that really all mean the same thing (ie "schoolgirl", "school_girl", or "happysex" vs "happy_sex", etc)... it could be useful in getting better search results when people are looking for stuff via a search engine, too!
