Sheep of the forum! Relax! That's why I made this a poll, to gauge the interest of members. I actually have a life and shit so I'm consistently away from any sort of computer beyond my phone. Tapatalk offers a streamlined forum app for users looking to discuss shit on the go with minimal effort on the part of the user. That means not having to expand the page and etc. It's all very standardized and great for forums who can afford smartphones & their data plans. I'm away from my computer at least 3/4th of my day, so that is why this app appeals to me.
I have a life, too, when I'm not stuck at home working on the end of quarter paper.
I think that I just fail to see why you would need to be constantly connected to the forum. It's not like waiting four hours will make the forum unusable.
(And, I run android for email, music, news, toilet-gaming, low quality recording, etcetera. This is the interest level of this member, who does use a smartphone.)
I don't think that incompatibility with the program in question warrants closure of the thread. This is another opportunity to mess around with the idea of a "mobile version."
(Pet peeve: when a website will not let my wifi-connected tablet load the regular version of a site. I put a good amount of work into compatibility, and now this.)
