Timezone Bug

I live in the UK and for some strange reason, I always have the Eastern Standard Time instead of GMT time. This is what it looks like:
And the strange thing is, on the settings it's set as this:
Yet the time is still set back by 5 hours.
Is there anyone else who has this problem and can it be fixed...?

You can change it in your profile. Check your local GMT and subtract 1 for DST.

I had that once. I just changed my time zone on my profile accordingly and eventually it righted itself.
