We have a lot more third-party partners selling their products on the site nowadays, and many of them had a slew of releases lined up over the holiday season. Having just wrapped up the year, I can also confirm that FAKKU increased our output of books by roughly 15% (which in part can be attributed to
Nana & Kaoru), as well as releasing more doujinshi content than ever before (well over twice of what we did in 2021). These are all purchasable products.
That said, the amount of content that goes into the subscription service has remained the same and wasn't impacted by any of this. This is where the vast majority—roughly 80%—of FAKKU-published manga ends up. So to answer you question of, "are the same amount of chapters for the magazines still getting translated?" Yes, there's simply more purchasable content on offer now compared to the earlier days when we only published a dozen or so books each year.
I hope I was able to shed some light on the situation and that you found this helpful. I appreciate the civil tone so I wanted to be as thorough as possible.
