Lately I've found quite a few nice hentai videos from numerous websites but I have no way to download them. I don't trust torrents period since viruses arent exactly a computer's best friend. I dont need a Converter or anything of the sort but just a downloader.
NOTE: People say torrents are safe as long as you download from trusted source or if people are "seeding" it. Some people arent afraid to jump into a pit of viruses, spyware, malware, and etc etc with only a program with 5 days left of protection and horrible virus deleting skills. I'm NOT one of those people so dont mention it @_@.

seriously I've been using torrents for like 5-6 years, and the only time I got a virus was when I carelessly download a NDS rom from a NOT TRUSTED RANDOM site
Trusted torrent sources:
-tokyotosho
-anirena
-nyaatorrents
-isohunt
and before downloading any torrent, read the comments if it's available.
You need a bit more faith on torrents, and the only way to get a Virus from torrents is being "ignorant" (read: not using trusted sites), so basically human error.

As Kaimax said, torrents from trusted sites are, well, trustworthy. Really, you have the same chance of getting a virus from a random video uploaded to Mediafire as you do a random torrent.
Anyways, to answer your question, there are some download add-ons for Firefox (and probably other browsers, too) that allow you to download a video stream from a website. I don't know any names unfortunately, but if you search the add-ons for the browser you use, you will hopefully find something.
Also, you can request a video in the Request section or check out User Uploads. Something you want might just be there.
