Viewing Problem

Recently I have had real trouble doing anything on this site. It sucks T_T Especially since I have been a long time reader.(2 years) First time poster as well :P
Anyway, the problem is that nothing except the text and the thumbnails on the mainpage will load. Nothing. Not even the Fakku template. I have tried all the usual things that people do like reinstalling Java, Firefox and Adobe Flash all to no avail. I don't have infinite internet, so I cant afford to download all the time.
Yes Javascript is enabled.
I really want to get back reading but it doesn't seem to like me at all. So I thought that I would post here and see if I can get some computering genius to help me. Much appreciated.

This usually happens because of bad/slow internet connection causing it to load incompletely. Not a problem from fakku itself.

Tried refreshing didn't work. Still can't understand what the problem is though. I've come here for 2 years with no problems...

I've tried every browser that I can find. Opera, Firefox, Chrome and IE all with the same problem. Only thing I think that I haven't done is test out a different computer on the same network.

The problem is that the css file is not loading properly for you for some reason.

Got 404- Not found.
Well at least the problem is being narrowed down.
