What happened to english pisu hame chapter 16?

Does anyone know what happened to it? I remember reading it then couple days later wanted to read again but it was gone... Help?

I was about to say that all the Pisu Hame's were probably taken down due to licensing, but all but English 16 are still there.

Some guy named Scion tried translating Chapter 16.
