Maybe next time I'll remember. There's just one thing I want to talk about before I shower you guys with win.
Some of you may be aware of the
FAKKU Calender '09 project that
tkhnoman started a while ago. It's nearing the end of October, and so far he has received only one submission (other than his own). I've decided to help supervise the project, and remind you artists out there who said you would contribute or urge potential artists out there to please
hurry up and
finish your submission. Once we receive the submissions,
tkhnoman and I, as art directors, still have to critique it and decide which artwork goes with which month, as well as all the publishing procedures we may have to go through. Depending on how the project turns out, you artists may receive compensation for your work, if this is what motivates you.
With all that out of the way, here are the goodies! The long awaited
Colors! 2 by
Watsukiya will be the first dish of the day!
For some brief release notes, head to the discussion thread by clicking on the image, but I will just mention how
awesome Mike is. Anyone with some knowledge of Photoshop will know just what an amazing job he did with this doujin and how much effort he put into it. I myself was at a loss for words at how beautiful it turned out.
And, that's not the end! Here are 10 relatively new releases (all in Japanese, unfortunately), as you will note by the series some of these fanbooks come from.
