[Locked] It's time for another caption contest!

It's been a while since I ran a good contest. And I still have so much stuff to give away. So I figure, why not get something going again? With the election season in the US being among us, we over in this part of the world are getting bombarded with campaigning and it starts to get old rather quickly. So what better to celebrate the season than with a good old fashioned caption contest relating to these happenings? So we chose a page from My Neighbor Taro-kun. You know the deal: use whatever means necessary to make this page funny. MS Paint, GIMP, Photoshop; whatever, really. After you do that, head on over to Sadpanda and upload it there. Then, post the image itself as a reply to this thread. There's a little button over top the text entry that will help you out with this. I strongly recommend that you post the image instead of just simply pasting a link. By using this tool, it'll be easier for me to see all of the submissions and not miss anything. Note: I will only accept one entry per person. If you post more than one entry, I will take the first one only. If you use an image host other than Sadpanda and I am unable to see your entry, it will be discounted. So what is the prize, you ask? Why, the funniest entry will get a nice grab bag from me. What's in it? Who knows! Not even I know what's gonna be in it at this point in time! You have until Sunday, September 16 at 4PM EDT to enter. Any late entries will not be counted.
