Nice new landing pages! Easy way to see what's new and popular, and much nicer looking than the current pages.
But I never completely understood the reasoning behind the Top Download/Favs/Views of all time, as the same stuff seems to sit in that list for a while. Maybe most viewed in past 7/30/365/all days, if that's possible? Depending on the way the database is setup it might take a while to code, though.
Maybe put a "Random" row on the bottom of the new manga page which displays thumbs from a couple completely random manga so some more obscure or lesser viewed stuff get viewed too. Some manga are pretty good but seem to get lost among the hundreds of others.
Hope I don't sound too negative. Just some suggestions.

Loving the new manga page, and I hope you can soon(ish?) implement book grouping for individual chapters uploaded to the site. =)

Curious and Wondering
The new pages look very promising. Clean, ergonomic and somehow appealing. Although the little downside is the barrage of data in one spread (only in the Manga part, the others look summed up cleanly). Just a little weeny bit.
Mm. Disney World. I kinds wonder if Marvel characters are there now since Disney already bought them. Kind of like seeing Wolverine near Mickey Mouse.

However, for the manga page, it would be nice if we could scroll through and select the tags we wanted. Incest, paizure, shcoolgirl...etc...

First of all: its ok that you are less online some weeks and that you go on trips, you have a life too! like everyone does. I really like the new pages youve been working on, they're cleaner and they're new.So continue your good work, I appreciate it very much and I hope everyone else does too!
