How do download games

I bought the digital game “My little sister can’t possibly have a hemorrhoid” but can’t get it to play. I have the unzip but unsure what to do from here. I’ve never bought these games before so any help would be really appreciated!

If you have the files unzipped already, there should be a launcher inside the folder. Double click that and you should be good to go!
