^ Very much. Red wine's 1st place. Jamaica rum comes in second. I also love the smell of alcohol that preserves biological specimens.
[color=#993300] Preservation fluid is usually formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, methanol, or water, with the occasional addition of phenol. Methanol is probably what you're smelling but not the usual ethanol you drink, it is not safe to consume or smelled in large quantities, due to the creation of formic acid in the blood, which can cause coma, blindness, or death. The most common fluid is a mix of methanol and formaldehyde, but formaldehyde is even, worse, classified as a Class I Hazard and a carcinogen, with upper legal exposure limits at .3 ppm (EPA only allows .016ppm in a house). At 1.9 ppm, pulmonary function is severely damaged I.e. Your lungs start to get fucked. (Whoop remembered stuff from Hazard management class!)
Just letting you know, be careful, I work with the stuff and there's a lot of safety that goes which preservation fluid.

Dude, you sounded like my demonstrator when he told us to not breathe in those alcohol greatly as it really gets you high which is bad especially when you're in a lab filled with tables and sharp equipment, though that doesn't stop me from smelling it as it always fills the room, though the smell isn't that strong compared to the storage facility. And I must say that it calms me down whenever I step in there. Also, I know that it isn't the same alcohol as the alcohol that is normally consumed (I'm a certified alcoholic so I know what is drinkable and what's not. Also organic chemistry hoorah!) And I already know about the formaldehyde information as well as the harm it does. Never know the exact lethal dose though so that one's new for me.
^ Most likely a Yang.

v If for some reason, the time of the world around you has stopped, and you have already noticed it immediately, what would you do after that? Should also add that you're unaffected by the whole time-stopping thing.
