Anything over 40 hours a week is overtime, I think that's a state mandated thing though. Same with age to work. I could be wrong.
I'm working under the table for my brother-in-law, who's the assistant manager here at the Woodburn wal-mart, so the laws won't apply to me until I'm caught and fined/imprisoned.
Totally illegal, yeah, and if wal-mart found out he was doing this we'd both probably go to jail.
My part is just to not get caught, and not work shifts where he doesn't work, because he can't cover for me if he's not there.
Receiving money orders for paychecks is nice though.
