Adobe Crash Player

Dunno why, but for the past while (about two months or so) my browser freezes and I keep getting this message:

A script on this page is slowing down Adobe Flash Player. If this script isn't stopped now, it will fuck up your computer and rape your dog's children and murder your house. (Liberal paraphrasing may have been used)


Anyways- why the fuck is it doing this, and how the hell do I get it to stop?


Yes, I could go to Computers and Tech- but I'm betting my money that it's something incredibly simple that everyone knows, since the only people more ignorant on this computer garble died before computers were invented.


Also- a pop-up keeps trying to pop-up whenever I click a login button. I bought and installed an antivirus, so I doubt it's malicious.
