I didn't know the people of Japanese Kingdom eat their eggs raw..... I'm not so eager trying it.....
it's pretty delicious if you can handle the grossness of eating it raw at the 1st time.
it's also the best to give raw egg on top your gyuudon instead of eating it with ketchup.
Oh Takobon.... You better just eat ramen.
Hmm.... Gyuudon huh.... I don't think I'd try it...
[color=#993300]Beef bowls and other donburis are generally good, it's actually common practice to top cooked meats with raw eggs. Koreans do the same thing in Bibimbop, except the egg has a tendency to cook since the stone bowl is so hot
Well that's the problem.... Cooked egg or raw... If it's cooked then it's fine
[color=#993300]The only reason you use raw eggs is to add creaminess to the rice, which is why you mix it into the rice, not eat it separately, or at least that's the common practice. Cause what eggs are are just protein and fat, whites being protein in the form of oil and yolk being a bubble of oils and fats, adding the creamy texture.
