I haven't really been paying attention to Rance stuffs since God knows when. But as far as I know, there has never been any reports in regard to OS compatibility. Even if it does, changing the application's compatibility setting should be taken as the first solution you can try. The wiki doesn't mention anything and nobody seems to talk about it, so I suppose you are all-clear to satisfy your lust.
