Asuka, Rei...Haruhi..? Rules

Anyone remember, like, forever ago when you were going to post there was a chibi Rei or chibi Asuka or chibi other character who said "Rules! Don't spam. Don't...other stuff."

Yes because it's the nightmare of the three worse characters from the two most worst animes in my library. Not clannad or k-on quality but still.

I think there was a rotation of like 7 different characters maybe. Those were the only ones I could really remember though.
