@Sanada: It also stopped for awhile here, but still dark as hell. Can't go to Job Fair because of the rain (the road is covered by high water and all).

All of cybernet in my place are protected by Internet Postif thing, and also protected from Proxy or DNS change, too. So it's impossible for me.
