Using Bluestacks, yes. Been playing since mid January. Mr.Fox said that his BS crashed so don't know if it'll work in every' lappy (it works well in mine, though).

It'll eat up your lappy' resources, though your lappy is better than mine so I don't think it'll cause much problem for you. Internet quota... it'll eat a little much when you installing it but not much afterward (as long as you clicked off HD Cards option later on). You can always ask Mills about it, too.
