Bondage or shibari?

So, I've looked this site over and found that some of these have bondage (which has no tag) and some have shibari (which does have a tag). Now I'm not complaining too much, but I am sometimes disappointed when I find a shibari tag that just has the harness style with without there being any bondage. What's up with that?

Well, I guess it all comes under "Shibari" which is the Japanese word for both bind and tie. The harness style you're talking about still involves being tied up, even if it's not full body bondage. It's still Shibari.

But for me (or anyone who is actually into bondage) it is such a let down to find a shibari tag that does nothing to restrict the person. And on the flip side of things, to come across a story with no shibari tag, but does have bondage. I don't necessarily have to have bondage, but when I want to look for it, I just have to pick a genre (femdom, forced, trap, etc.) and hope that there is bondage.
