Buying stuff online?

Anyone know a way to check if the site is legitimacy? When I google some site when buying accesseries for my pc, it keep telling me half is scam and half its fine. :T
Please don't give me answer like stop buying online or just buy from amazon, ebay, newegg or something along that line.

i dunno why you would buy buying stuff online from shady sites considering you're giving them your PERSONAL INFORMATION

Just look em up and look for reviews.
