Hrmm... I probably read more for the storytelling aspect than to fap.
I'm fascinated by comics, so it's interesting to see the panel transitions used in hentai. A lot of my favorite books also use comedy well. (Pink Sniper, Tayu Tayu, and The Great Escape).
