[font=verdana][color=green]Rise, it's that attitude about expecting everything to be done in a few days which caused me and Circe to leave. I'm not saying it to be mean, but to give you advice on actually how to do one of these things, as our group has released two already.
To put it in perspective, it took two editors to release two projects for our group. Considering the time it took it find sound files and music files, having two straight off the bat is great. I'm really proud of my team for that. However, Kei is but one man; there's only so much one can do in one day on one project. Asking him to have three done really quickly is way too much. I'm talking from experience here, as I never understood how much time and effort goes in to making one of these things.
If you want your group to succeed and release projects, you need to consider what hard work actually is, instead of just barking orders around, wanting everything to be done by other people; claiming yourself to be President.
