Yes. Simply because it annoys me to no end when I see in a hentai a guy cums inside a girl, she makes a fuss about getting pregnant and then she of course doesn't and than I think "Don't worry girl, getting pregnant is highly unlikely if you are a character in a hentai."

I can tolerate, but am not particularly a fan of seeing dialog such as "赤ちゃん．．．出来ちゃうっ！！" (Aka-chan... dekichau!!) strewn about in my ero-manga. It especially bugs me to see her say that while she's grinning in pure ecstasy. Admittedly, it does very much amuse me to see authors reminding us of the entire biological purpose behind sex, but there's usually a wide discourse of time to set apart parenting from the actual act. To hear of an immediate connection between "a mother" and "this drooling whore doped up on sperm" (though it somewhat depends on how they draw her), that seems kinda... yeah... I'd prefer to at least see her mention potential of a conception during post-sex pillow talk or something. Showing her pregnant in the final scene is quite sweet too.

Oh, and if it's a guy saying he's gonna get her knocked-up, it's sorta all right if he's actually her lover (even if he's being somewhat forceful), but otherwise, no. Moreso if it's one of those old, fat fucks that have a tendency to show up in several netorare gang-rapes, just fucking no. Now, I like some gangbangs (especially since they're likely to result in DP), but it really helps to NOT be bringing up some of the unfortunate consequences potentially involved. I think it's at its absolute worse when the woman herself, apparently developing Stockholm syndrome, begs to have the rapist's child midway. Jesus, lady, you're already being violated by these bastards, you sure you want a memento of this incident? In general impreg is a turn-on for me, though the reason behind that depends on context. Putting it broadly, if consensual it gives the scene a sense of ecstasy, passion, and/or increases the "sluttyness" (I don't like using that word even when appropriate) of the girl. If non-consensual, impreg serves as a more porno friendly way to express the danger/uncertainty of the situation or the domination of the rapist(s)... in my hentai.

I also don't have a problem with pregnant chicks depending on context. BTW, There's no reason not to have sex with a pregnant women relative to non-pregnant women. You have a barrier and another tunnel too small for a penis to fit in separating you from the baby.
