Eight hours of construction work a day lets me eat like a garbage disposal and not really gain any additional weight.
Every so often I'll go through a three month health spurt of good eating and 1 hour of exercise for 6 out of 7 days. I usually lose about 15 lbs every time but then i go back to bad habits for about 6 months. Wash, rinse, and repeat.
Ditto- save for the random bout of good healthiness.
Hoisting trusses and beams whilst balancing atop walls or scaffold will keep you in plenty good shape.
