Im still wondering what you want by saying stats. If a player isn't a combatant and instead has is reps do all the fighting then he wouldn't have any stats right? the ones doing the fighting are the ones that have stats. The issue I see is unless we want to assign stats to every rep then if we are picking anime characters the players all have to know that character and understand what they are capable of in order to have the fight come out properly.
About the card, I don't know what you intend so just make one and then tell me about it and we will see
[color=#993300]That's sort of my point. If we'd have to assign stats to each substitute/representative, it'd take forever. Rather, I think it is the player that should be assigned the stats. The ability of a player as a leader partly affects the subs' ability to perform. Plus, I'd like to have each player get a leader skill that affects the entire team or something of the like.
But if we need to assign stats to characters, I say each character gets X amount of points to be distributed across different attributes.
