For a while there were several series that featured this vampire girl. She was very clearly a child. A obvious loli that anyone could see was a loli. But in the story she says shes actually like a thousand years old and is only trapped in this body.
She says she is an adult so that totally makes her one right? Doesn't matter if her body is that of a 11 year old. Its totally not being attracted to children right?
