Here's a long update~
The Quarterfinal was still working on me (nah not really, i wasn't really in the mood to update the travel thread.)
So in my last few days in Sydney i ticked the last boxes on my †žThings i want to see in Sydney“-List like another visit in the Featherdale National Park. The best thing on this park was the free photo with a Koala. If it's for free, so why not?
Here's a wombat.
There's an Echidna. (Sadly not the Queen's Blade Girl...)

On the 12th it went up to Byron Bay for 14 Hours (!) in a bus. At least it was over night so i could save some money for the accomondation. During the ride we made three breaks where the smokers could fill up their nicotine and we could took a little snack or dinner. For me it was really hard to find some sleep in the bus because it was so exciting to miss something outside. So we arrived in Byron Bay in the morning. During the drive i met other Germans who were really friendly so we hang out together during our 4-Day-Stay in this little sleepy town.

It was really awesome and a total contrast after living in busy Sydney. Sydney is a good town when you want to do a vacation over there but it get's really busy.
In the four days we made a lot of party and i found out that i have really good Shuffle Dancemoves. (haha xD) Everyone was throwing imaginary dollarbills to my feet so yeah xD
At one evening there was a pub crawl from a travel agency where we got free entry and free drinks i took a slushie because i didn't drink any alcohol. After i've finished the first one i was about to order the next one when suddenly one of my friends came to me and
mentioned that it's a Wodka Slushie. My face was like: †žWat“ and i was really thankful to him.
Achievement unlocked: †žDrunk lol“ - You can't taste Wodka.
One girl felt even sorry for me (ofc she had a bf >_>)

Nuff said.
I has arrived!
On my way back on this wonderful beach
So after four wonderful days it went up to the Gold Coast which is also called Surfers Paradise. The Commonwealth Games will be hosted there in 2018 so maybe you've heard from it. I stayed there for only one day so things to plan and to do were limited.
I asked on the reception on the hostel and they couldn't helped me either besides visiting the Q1 Tower, which is the highest tower in the southern stratosphere.

So after 1 ½ hours in the bus i arrived Brisbane where i'm staying right now. I had some luck because in the street where my hostel stays are a few more so i switched after 3 days in another hostel for four days because they had a free Job Club.
On my last day i got a call for a job offer. It was Tyle laying at a Construction place in South Brisbane.
I had to work with a guy called Michael, he was really cool and easy to handle. A typical †žNo Worries“-Guy. Sadly he brought me back to the railway three hours after we started to work, he wanted someone with more experience because he had me to tell every step to take. He also explained to me that is wasn't my fault and i'm a cool guy, he only wanted someone with more experience because he was really busy on the phone all the time. He sent me 50 $ for three hours of work and i was happy to get the money but then i was back to the beginning without a job again...
I came back to the hostel where i got the job from and the guy on the reception smiled and gave me another job offer!
It was for a local event here in Brisbane called Ekka which is really famous. It has a lot of visitors every year. The job was to sell Showbags on a counter or run around and fill up the bags when they get on low stock. This is pretty simple work for me because i did that several times on events in Germany so i knew it will get busy.
Plus one girl earned around 4k $ on the event (which is only 10 days) last year so the payment is pretty good for sure.
So i send a little text with my cv to Debbie, who was responsible for it and i got an answer on the next day! I was invited for a meeting in two days at the Showgrounds where the event happens.
On that day i got pretty nervous because it was a big chance to get some money in a short time and i didn't want to mess it up. But it was easier as i thought, i was only asked if i have experience in this kind of work and if it's possible to work on all 10 days. So i was invited for the training which was yesterday. We got some paperwork to fill out, our uniforms and got trained how to use the counter which wasn't really neccessary for me as a †žStock Guy“ but why not, it's not bad to have the knowledge to be flexible.
Meanwhile i'm working in another hostel as a cleaner which helps me to save the money for accomondation. The work is not really hard, i'm responsible for cleaning the kitchen, the bathrooms and other various stuff on 4 hours per day. Since i'm getting used to clean my rooms at home it's not a big deal.
