Exam results get

I made a thread about this a year ago and I failed to get the results needed to get into university. Decided to take an extra year to boost them. Did a lot better than before.

I went into university with 2 Bs and 2 Ds. I am quite lucky in hindsight.

Lucky. Well, it does depend on the course you want to do. For most of the good universities here in the UK to study Japanese the grades required are pretty high.

My results came out recently and I did really bad.

Well, if it makes you feel any better I did get an E in Psychology (only did the first year of it though during my extra year) only because I didn't try hard at all as it wouldn't have affected my outcome to get into university had I done well or not. I only did it because I had to. It was interesting and I would have liked to get into it more but it wasn't any kind of priority, those other 3 subjects were.

I tried pretty hard.

Got 19 at Mathematics Core 1.

I am not sure whether we took the same examination. I took Cambridge University's GCE A Levels. That said, I am quite sure that some countries in the Commonwealth use that to assess their students.

Needless to say, my country is part of the British Commonwealth. I am taking a 4 year Civil Engineering oourse in my university.
