Ya know, I just walked in an noticed the past post about pokemon and I have to agree. It's both it's biggest strength and it's biggest weakness. It makes any pokemon viable and so leaves an open ended game of sorts. But because any one pokemon can beat up a whole team, it also get redundant.

I really wish they'd take a hard look at that story/game and realize they've fallen into a runt of being unoriginal. It would become amazing again if they could just break away from it a bit and actually show you a real diverse world once again.. a ton of new pokemon doesn't count, nor does carbon copies of the characters who have already been seen. A world is made up of more than that.
